Store and Pricing Policies

About our Prices - We strive to provide you with the lowest prices possible, so you may see prices fluctuate. In the event that a price is mismarked on this website, GGI Networks Outlet has the right to not process your purchase at the incorrect price.

Payments

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal, cashier's check, and money order. Net terms and COD are available based on credit approval. Please call for details. For information or help using Paypal, please send us an email, or visit their site at www.paypal.com.

International Orders

International shoppers are welcome, but please contact us before purchasing - Wire Transfers Only. We will ship internationally only after prior approval. To get approved for international ordering, please send us an email with the item number in question. All international orders will ship on the buyer's UPS or FedEx shipping account. All international purchases without prior approval will be cancelled.

Returns

No returns accepted without prior return authorization. Please refer to our Policies for information on returns.

RMA

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number will be given after consultation with one of our techs and determined to be defective.

Restocking Fee

All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee on all working items and are required to be in the original packaging with all accessories included. The buyer is responsible for all freight charges on the return.

Warranty

Our products come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty includes all DOA (Dead on Arrival) and defective merchandise. Warranty does not include any damage to abuse or misuse. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to repair or replace the item at our cost. Please refer to our Policies for more detailed information regarding our warranty.

Warranty begins the day it arrives at customer's location. Returned items must be shipped within one week of RMA number given. A replacement unit will be shipped out via Overnight (on a best effort basis) as long as all conditions are met: Client follows the requisite procedures, returns product within the prescribed amount of time, product is in the condition it was delivered.
